Hall of Shame: Rob-E-Rob
April 24, 2008 · 1 Comment
We’ve come to accept the guy on the left looking like a ‘Thug’, Lil’Jon. However, the guy on the right? That’s Rob-E-Rob. I linked to google rather than his page. Last thing I need is a guy with enough plastic surgery to cover up Down syndrome to be flacking me.
Remember, when you laugh because you see a white guy dressed like that. Don’t be racist. It’s the style, not the color of the person in the clothes. If we are to laugh at him because he is dressed like that then we should laugh at the below as well.

Bang Media International = Shameless Media Monsters
April 17, 2008 · No Comments
BANG Media International has been littering my hotmail account homepage now for quite some time. However whenever I think they reach a new low, the Media Monster strikes again.
“
Heath Ledger was told to seek professional help for his personal problems while filming ‘The Dark Knight’.
The late Australian actor - who tragically died from an accidental prescription drugs overdose in January - was reportedly warned he had become too obsessed with his portrayal of iconic Batman villain The Joker in the upcoming blockbuster.
A source told FOX News: “Heath refused to talk to anyone out of character. If you tried to communicate with him normally instead of The Joker, he would just ignore you.
“He would often come to the set to hang out even on his days off, freaking everyone out. Towards the end of filming, he was warned by people that he had gone too far, but it was almost like he couldn’t connect with those who cared for him anymore.”
Ledger reportedly locked himself in an apartment for an entire month before playing The Joker, who he described as a “psychotic, mass-murdering clown”.
Ledger also admitted he had such trouble sleeping while shooting the film he resorted to taking the prescription drug Ambien.
Sources on the set of ‘The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus’ - the movie Ledger was filming when he died - also claimed the actor could not “snap out” of character and seemed to have “lost sense” of who he was.”
Talk about milking a dead cow. There is no point to this but tarnishing someone who can’t fight back. It sounds like the people who churn this shit out are some of those fanatic Australians that are upset because of his role in Brokeback Mountain. Get over it, stop bashing someone over something so mundane. This is no insight and definitely speculation or rumor.
If you are going to bash someone don’t hide behind a company, post your name. Shows the person who typed this up obviously is ashamed of themselves.

Pink Ribbons: Such a scam
April 15, 2008 · No Comments

Here I’m watching the Hockey game and I notice Kelly the ex-goaler of the LA Kings is holding a hockey stick with a Pink ribbon.
What a scam. What cheap promotional methods do companies use to sell products and make profits off people’s sick fascination with breast cancer. Hell, I say fascination because it is the cancer that gets the most attention.
Prostate cancer has the same mortality rate that Breast Cancer does, but when do you see bleeding hearts for men and ‘Warriors in Blue”? Huh Ford?
Well, Lung cancer kills more women than breast cancer does and is considered bisexual in its death toll.
I’d hate to do it but I’m going to link a review of a particular novel, from a feminist blog. Because we need more f******* feminists or masculinists for that matter. What about people who want true equality (this means equal responsibility ladies)???
On a side note. I hope Obama wins the election so the so-called-self-entitled “African Americans” can finally S-T-F-U. I’ll bet however, that their excuse for why things don’t change will be, because, he isn’t black enough.
Watch, you heard it here first.

Pulling my hair out
April 15, 2008 · 1 Comment
I’m at that point where I have to decide what to do with myself. I’ve been coasting for the past few years starting just prior to my divorce.
Moving on in different ways and making new friends, new relationships. Some didn’t work out, some did. It’s just too bad people see things as betrayal or dishonesty when it isn’t.
I’ve found myself doing my job, expecting it to bring me challenges. It is time to find my own and that’s why I’m gearing up for my CCSP, then eventually my CCIE. I’m halfway done my CCNA and I figure just a bit more studying and sim working I’ll be able to pass.
I had a mock interview with the IT Director for a large bank, without knowing he was interviewing. I got an offer to start working for him between August and November. Essentially doubling my salary, my stress and my workload. He laughed at my salary and said to me, “You are basically sleeping on your job aren’t you?”
I had to be honest and agree. I haven’t had any challenge and anything thrown at me as been so diluted that I don’t stress. No panick, no challenge, no feeling of accomplishment.
I’ve all but stopped fighting and have only been doing weightlifting. So what am I accomplishing as of late? Nothing. It takes a huge boulder of pain and throws it into your bucket of depress slung on a stick of anger across your shoulders.
So I feel like I’m getting a plan and I will try to finish it. I don’t want to be where I am today in 5 years from now and I’m going to have to start working to change it.
I started watching the tv Series Dexter after reading what Dave had to say about it. Freakishly the guy shares a lot of similarities in mentality as I do. Kind of scary thinking that perhaps if I was to go into forensics that I’d lose that fear of getting caught and start a new hobby /eviloff.
One of my favorite bands is back at releasing albums. Looks like rehab is over for the singer again.
